Eighties Diva, nineties superstar and now noughties princess of pop, Kylie Minogue has been a long anticipated addition to the World of Kitsch archives.
Born in Melbourne, Australia in 1968, Kylie was first noticed by the UK public after her less than honest ebntrance to Ramsey Street, the set of popular tv soap opera Neighbours. Her character, Charlene trying to break into her home in the street brought her the amorous advances of a young Scott (Jason Donovan).

Not long after her appearance in Neighbours in 1988, a number one single was on the way in "The Locomotion", a Little Eva cover. This hit was soon followed by "I Should Be So Lucky" and a string of other hugely succesful songs followed with the Stock, Aitkin and Waterman record label.
Her on screen and off screen boyfriend, Jason Donovan was soon to team up with Kylie after he also had one or two hits with Stock, Aitkin and Waterman. The colaboration resulted in wedding favourite "Especially For You" which reached number one in the UK and Australia.
While everything looked perfect on screen, with Kylie and Jason being the Ben and J-Lo of their day, things behind the scenes were not as perfect. The couple soon parted company and while Jason's career tailed off, Kylie's fame continued to soar.

In the 1990's, Kylie changed her musical style to attract a different audience and steer away from the image she had created. However, her success was not long lived and she apparently faded from the scene for several years.
Once again, reinventing herself in the year 2000, Kylie came back to success with "Spinning Around", a song from her new album "Fever". Kylie was back with a vengance!
Our verdict? We "Wouldn't Change A Thing"!
