Which is the best Christmas toy ever invented?

By far our most popular web poll ever, with over 300 votes cast in just 2 weeks! The clear favourite toy was Lego, with nearly a 2/3 majority (210 votes). Barbie was left trailing over 150 votes behind with Mr Frosty and Mechano failing to make any significant impact. Thanks for voting!

The clear favourite in this web poll was Grease, with Dirty Dancing and Fame in distant but equal second place. Poor old Cliff Richard with Summer Holiday only received 2 votes.

The clear favourite from this poll was Bob Holness, presenter of eighties tv quiz show Blockbusters. Following closely were Timmy Mallett and Jimmy Savile. Paul Daniels was least popular, receiving no votes! "You liked him, not a lot..."

In the battle of the bands, it seems that World of Kitsch visitors prefer the less "cheesy" eighties groups, favouring their "rockier" contemporaries. A-Ha featured most highly with Duran Duran and Tears For Fears coming close seconds. Poor old George Michael and Wham managed only one vote proving that they can’t have "Everything She Wants" or reach "The Edge of Heaven"!
